And with a look of ‘I can’t be bothered to help you because you can’t afford a Rolex’ states we don’t have submariners. Even though their other store 11 miles away has them listed as available… and one phone call may have resulted in a £6,000 sale… ‘Annoyed by the lack of customer service’ Guy walks out of the Rolex dealers… heads to another Jewellers, gets great service, prefers the TAG and buys it on the spot.
